At Retro Cartel, we specialize in authentic, one-of-one vintage clothing. Each item is carefully handpicked, inspected, and individually listed. Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Colour variations caused by different screen settings
Please review all product photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive:
- The wrong item, or
- An item that has been damaged during transit,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at retrocartel10@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging and a brief description of the issue
Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Sizing
Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing. We provide detailed measurements for every item and strongly recommend comparing them with a similar garment you already own before purchasing.
Product Condition
Vintage garments may show natural signs of age, fading, or wear that contribute to their unique character. Any noticeable flaws, stains, repairs, or imperfections will always be clearly mentioned in the product description and shown in the product photos.
