At Retro Cartel, every item is a genuine vintage piece that has been carefully handpicked and is often one of a kind. Because of the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Colour variations due to screen settings
Please read the product description carefully and review all photos before placing your order.
Sizing
Vintage sizing can differ from modern sizing. We provide accurate measurements for every item to help you choose the right fit. We strongly recommend comparing these measurements with a similar garment you already own before making a purchase.
Product Condition
Our products are authentic vintage garments and may show natural signs of age or wear that add to their character. Any noticeable flaws, repairs, stains, or imperfections are clearly mentioned in the product description and shown in the product photos whenever applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and work towards a fair resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
